OUR WORKING APPROACH
Since 2016, telephone operators have been obliged to make their clients’ bills -along with other information (real time consumption, client reference number etc.)- available online. Coriolis launched a major project to redesign its client space with TheCodingMachine.
The client space has been integrated to the e-commerce site and TheCodingMachine has automated access for existing clients. Furthermore, to reduce churn, Coriolis wanted make this service available via a mobile application.
TECHNICAL SIDE
To mutualise the client space and commercial website, we used the platform Magento.
We used the AngularJS technology to improve the user experience by making the space more intuitive.
