Get the Money

Payment scheme

logo

Payment is made in stages:

  • Upon the completion of the Development Phase, 50% of the bid amount will be paid to the developer. But this payment depends on the absence of anomalies in the submitted work.
  • After the Development Phase, a developer may have to perform corrections to his work in accordance to specifications and the needs of the larger project. Once the larger project becomes integrated, the 40% will be paid out to the developers.
  • At the conclusion of the guarantee Phase, each developer will receive 10% of the bid amount if he had delivered the correction work on a timely manner.

Email notification

You will be notified by email when an amount is credited to your account. Please be aware that Account and Paid to Date are very different things. If you are new to THE CODING MACHINE, the Balance is the amount you are potentially entitled to. Before dispensing any money THE CODING MACHINE requires your signed submission of all requested legal documents. Your email notifications will include a reminder of this requirement.

My Payments

Members of THE CODING MACHINE can follow-up on their payment through their personal page.

Pending amount Your balance Billed amount Paid to date
0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $ 0.00 $
The pending amount value tells you the amount of money you will be entitled to once your components are successfully integrated into the projects. 'Your Balance' indicates the amount of money, you can claim when you submit an invoice. To submit an invoice, click the 'Request payment' button in the 'My Payments' page. The 'Billed Amount' value is the amount you have already claimed. THE CODING MACHINE is currently processing this payment. 'Paid to Date' reflects the total amount you have been paid by THE CODING MACHINE to date.

Means of payment

THE CODING MACHINE provides twho means of payment:

  • Paypal is our preferred means of payment. You can receive payments directly into your bank account. THE CODING MACHINE does not charge for the selected use of this payment method but Paypal charges a nominal fee of 2.9% to 3.9% of the total payment amount for their part in money transfer. For more information, please go to
  • Western Union is an alternative means of payment. Its reach is broader than Paypal. Thus, if Paypal does not service your country, use Western Union.
