WINNING A BID !!!

The selection (bis) : Winning a bid !

The lowest bid is not necessarily the winning bid. Developers are selected based on factors listed below.

  • Eligibility: the developer is capable of binding him/herself to the terms of a contract (in other words, you must be 18 years of age), knows his/her VAT number if he/she is a member of the European Union (optionnal) or knows his/her SIREN or SIRET number if he/she is a French resident or citizen (mandatory),
  • Required Skills,
  • Realistic load of work: Another reason why you may not be eligible to work on a particular project component is your current engagement with us on many other projects. For instance, if our databases show that you are currently working on other projects with us and that your schedule seems already full, you will not be eligible to win a bid on another project component.

When did the bid closed ?

As long as a bid remains open (a closing date is indicated on the bid page), it is normal not to have received a notification of a winning or losing bid. THE CODING MACHINE examines each candidate carefully and notifies all bidders of the decision (don't worry, this won't take long.) If you received a notification of a winning bid, you are the winner! You will be asked to sign and submit at least one form binding you and THE CODING MACHINE to certain terms and conditions.

Why did I loose my bid ?

If you received notification of a losing bid, dont let it discourage you! Maybe an equally qualified developer offered a bid price we couldn't refuse. If you do not understand the basis of our rejection, please feel free to contact us . We would be more than happy to explain so that next time you bid, you can increase your chances of a winning bid! Also, please keep in mind that we have tons of other bids for you to bid on. Keep bidding for those projects you believe you qualify for !
