This project has started on December 2003, when the two creators of THE CODING MACHINE were working on a enterprise creation which business model was built on Open Source consulting. They had the idea of adjusting the methods used by the communities to the entreprise world. |

At the same time, the founding members were thinking about adapting the Open Source methodology to service delivery.The TCM project was born. |
